Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit to rectify the issue at no additional charge.
Refunds
Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not typically provided once a service has been completed.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Permanent stains or wear and tear
Items not disclosed prior to the service
