Felix Cleaning provides residential cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the condition or size of the property differs from what was described.
Access
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is provided.
Liability
We take care while providing our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service. Payment is due as per invoice terms.
